Currently, we have confirmed incidents where suspicious messages (phishing scams) posing as our hotel or booking sites are being sent to customers who have made reservations at our hotel via messaging apps such as WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

1. Characteristics of confirmed suspicious messages.

Our hotel and affiliated booking sites will not contact you through social media or messaging apps (such as WhatsApp) to rush you into re-entering credit card information or completing payment procedures.

Suspicious messages may have the following characteristics.

• Main contact methods: External messaging apps like WhatsApp, SMS, suspicious email addresses

• Main content of the text:
  “Confirmation / Re-verification of reservation information is required.”
  “Please re-enter or update your credit card information.”
  If the procedure is not completed within the deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

• Redirect: Suspicious external URLs or links that differ from the official site.

2. Requests and Important Notes for Customers

If you receive any suspicious messages or unfamiliar contacts, please ensure to follow the actions below.

• Please do not open any links or URLs within the message..

• Please do not enter credit card information, PIN numbers, personal information, etc..

• Please do not respond to suspicious messages or follow any instructions provided..

3. Regarding the hotel’s response and situation.

At our hotel, we are proceeding with the detailed confirmation of the incident, notifying and confirming with the reservation sites, and investigating the facts and causes.
Regarding payment and changes at the time of booking, we kindly ask that you always proceed through the official management screen of each reservation site (My Page, etc.) or our hotel’s official website.
