A: We do not have the souvenir shops at our hotel.However, there are some shops nearby the hotel. We would be happy to introduce where you can buy the great souvenir, please ask us at the front desk.

A: We do not have large public bath. However, each room have Japanese cypress bath.

A: We do not have it. However, there is a convenience store by 10-minute-walk from our hotel.

A: We do not have TV in your room.
Q: Can I smoke in the hotel?
A: It is not allowed to smoke in the room and the restaurant, but you can smoke at the smoking space. Please feel free to ask about smoking place.

A: Pets are not permitted in our hotel. However, there is a pet hotel (Only for dogs and cats) 10 minutes from the hotel, please contact the pet hotel.
